Lern360 announced on X on October 21, 2026, that it has introduced geographic restrictions on LERN token activities in jurisdictions covered by the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), where it has not fulfilled the relevant regulatory requirements.

The announcement covers direct token purchases and “certain other activities” involving LERN. The affected countries, full scope of restricted services, and treatment of existing staking positions were not specified.

Users in the affected regions can continue accessing Lern360’s educational platform, including courses, AI learning tools, digital credentials, and career development services.

Subscriptions remain available through credit and debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay via Stripe. The project may add payments through certain stablecoins later, depending on regulatory clarity.

Lern360 said it will continue reviewing MiCA and other regulatory developments as part of its international expansion plans.

What Is Lern360?

Lern360 is an education and career tools platform founded by Nathan Mahalingam. It combines a catalog of courses from external providers with AI learning plans, certificate storage, resume generation, salary estimates, and job matching.

The project conducted a crypto presale during 2025 where it offered LERN tokens at discounted prices. LERN was listed on Coinstore for trading on October 20, 2025.

LERN runs on BNB Smart Chain. Users can lock tokens for 12 months to receive platform access and token rewards, or buy a subscription that provides the same access without holding LERN, while external providers may charge separately for their courses.
